returns and exchange policy

At boboboo, we aim to ensure complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return or exchange items in accordance with the following policy, compliant with EU consumer protection laws.

1. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day you receive the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us via email at hi@boboboo.me or by using the contact form on our website.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain products such as earrings cannot be returned unless they are defective.

3. Return Process

  • Contact our customer service at hi@boboboo.me to initiate a return.
  • Package the item securely, including proof of purchase.
  • Send the item back to us within 14 days after notifying us of your intent to return.

Please note: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the return. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, contact us at hi@boboboo.me to arrange an exchange.

6. Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items (unless defective)

7. Warranty

If a product is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under EU consumer law, provided you notify us within a reasonable period after discovering the defect.
