Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order is processed, it will be shipped out based on the delivery options selected at checkout.
Shipping Destinations & Delivery Times
1. Denmark
- Delivery time: 1-2 business days to a service point.
- All shipments come with tracking to ensure you can monitor your order.
2. European Union (EU) Countries
- Delivery time: 4-7 business days.
3. Rest of Europe + USA
- Delivery time: 6-10 business days.
4. Rest of the World
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days.
Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and unforeseen delays with customs, local couriers, or other factors outside of our control.
Free Shipping
- We offer free shipping for all orders over 750 DKK. This applies to both domestic and international orders.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for orders below 750 DKK are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of your package.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to follow your package’s journey until it reaches you.
Customs and Duties
For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply upon the package’s arrival in your country. These fees are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.
